5 Positions on the Guitar for the Major Scale
Having learned the Major Scale I found it extremely useful to learn to play it in other alternative positions on the fretboard. In this lesson i suggest you learn 5 positions for it and in so doing you will find that you will have covered all of the notes in the same key on the fretboard. Start by finding all of the root notes and simply play a major scale from each one. Here they are in the key of G major
